The project is a residential subdivision consisting of 75 lots for single-family detached homes, private streets and three common area lots on an 11.75 acre project site. A general plan amendment and zone reclassification are required to change the General Plan land use designation and the zoning designation to R7 Medium Density Residential. Four floor plans are proposed, each with design options.
