Document Description
Kaiser Permanente is currently proposing to build a new 110,000 sf medical office building (MOB). The site is currently occupied by a 40,961 sf vacant movie theater and a fast food restaurant (McDonald's). The movie theater would be demolished prior to construction of the proposed MOB. No changes are proposed to the existing fast food building. The project site is approximately 8.96 acres and is located within the Chino Spectrum Marketplace. The proposed MOB would be constructed in two phases on the approximately 8.96-acre site. Phase I is proposed to be complete and occupied by 2017. Phase II is to proposed to be complete and occupied by 2020.
