Document Description
Construct improvements over approximate disturbance area of 36 acres. North In-Lieu Project would involve construction of an approximately 2.7 mile system of bi-directional pipelines extending from a new turnout within the west bank of the District's North Canal to the participating 784 acre "in-lieu" service area irrigation wells and systems. North Pump Back Project, would involve the installation of up to two reverse flow pumps and associated electric conduit to motors within North Canal for water delivered to upstream growers in District.
