The proposed Project is defined as the full buildout of allowable development and implementation of the associated actions identified in the Inglewood Oil Field Specific Plan, including all ministerial and discretionary actions required for short-term construction activities and long-term operation activities. The Specific Plan would establish safeguards and controls for activities related to drilling for and production of oil, gas, and other hydrocarbon substances within the City of Culver City.
