Document Description
The Pacific Plaza Arcadia Mixed Use Development Project consists of a three story building plus a basement and mezanine level. The Pacific Plaza Arcadia Mixed Use Development project proposes a total of 85,560 sf for residential and commercial use. Divided between two floors, 64,700 sf will be designated for residential use and 1,500 sf for recreational space. The project will include a total of 37 residential condominium units, with 18 units located on the second floor and 19 units located on the third floor. The recreational space will also be on the second floor. The ground floor will contain 19,360 sf for retail/restaurant uses consisting of 9,820 sf of retail space (market) and 9,540 sf of restaurant space (cafe and restaurant). The project will provide 7,450 sf of open garden space within the residential area, 3,385 sf of landscaped open space, and 4,255 sf of private balcony open space. The project proposes a total of 250 parking spaces of employees, customers, and residents. Specifically the project includes 140 basement parking spaces, 61 ground floor parking spaces, and 49 mezzanine parking spaces.
