Document Description
The proposed project is the County of Fresno's Fourth Cycle (2008-2015) Housing Element of the General Plan, to be adopted as required by Government Code Sections 65580 et seq. The General Plan Housing Element is a multi-year housing plan covering the period 2008-2015. As a policy-level document, the 2008-2015 Housing Element update will not entitle or fund any specific project. It proposes no substantial changes to the land use designations that are allowed by the General Plan. The Element listed programs that may be utilized by development projects requiring approvals and review under the California Environmental Quality Act, but the Element does not provide the approval for any development project or for any program that may be utilized by a development project.
