The project consists of modifications and additions to the existing 29.85-acre South Bay Galleria enclosed mall property located at 1815 Hawthorne Boulevard in the City of Redondo Beach. The proposed project would redesign portions of the site by the combining expanded retail and dining venues with open-air promenades, hotel and residential development.
