The Project involves the removal of the existing surface parking lot, three one-story commercial structures, and a vacant two-story four-unit multi-family use and the construction of a five-story, 56-foot tall building with 100 dwelling units including nine affordable (very-low income) units, 2,871 sf of restaurant uses, 129 parking spaces in three levels of subterranean parking, and 200 bicycle parking spaces, totaling approximately 81,224 sf of floor area.
