The Project would involve the demolition of the existing surface parking lot and restaurant building and construction of a hotel with approximately 105,841 sf of floor area, including: 176 hotel rooms; 6,090 sf of restaurant space; 3,310 sf of bar space; 1,570 sf of retail space; and 1,250 sf of conference space. The project would be up to approximately 28 stories high (plus a basement level), reaching a maximum height of approximately 325 feet.
