The Project includes the development of 105 affordable housing units for seniors, up to 35 affordable housing units for young people, and approximately 65,847 sf of floor area, including a senior and youth center, administrative offices, multipurpose space, a kitchen/service area, dwelling space with 46 transitional living and emergency guest rooms with a capacity for 100 beds, and retail, on an approximately 2.67 acre site. These uses would comprise approximately 215,824 sf of floor area and would be provided within three new buildings that would range from 20 to 75 feet. In addition, 350 parking spaces would be provided in two subterranean parking levels. Outdoor areas include plazas, courtyards and gardens. An existing 28,600 sf office building and surface parking areas would be removed to allow the proposed uses.
