Serena L. Giordani, a married woman, as her sole and separate property containing 1.17 acres, more or less. The purpose for which the land will be used once placed into trust will be for Indian housing, land consolidation and protection of the land to insure the land integrated back into the Morongo Indian Reservation. Ms. Giordani plans to build a home on the property after the trust application process is complete.
