San Diego RWQCB is to enroll the discharge of treated wastewater from the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry Wastewater Facility in Statewide General Order WQ 2014-0153-DWQ, General Waste Discharge Requirements for Small Domestic Wastewater Treatment Systems (General Order). Small domestic wastewater treatment systems with average monthly flows below 100,000 gallons per day are eligible for enrollment in the General Order.
