Project includes fender system repairs along approx. 800 linear feet of Berths 16 and 17 at Mare Island. The fender system consists of three stacked wooden beams anchored to the concrete deck, with capped wood pilings spaced 6 feet apart and wooden chocks secured horizontally between piles. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No.1600-2015-0211-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
