Document Description
Project is limited to the repair of wharf piles, supports, decking, fender system and the replacement of piles. The Project shall occur in two phases. Phase 1 includes in-water repair of two piles with a fiberglass jacket and the replacement of 4 diagonal, timber braces. This phase will require divers to place the fiberglass jacket and a crane to a place the diagonal timber braces. Phase 2 includes the replacement of twenty-five 12 inch treated timber fender piles with twenty five 13 inch composite fender piles and the replacement of three diagonal, timber braces. Pile driving shall be performed using an impact hammer from a floating barge. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0339-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
