Document Description
The City proposes to widen and improve Churn Creek Road to include one 11 feet lane in each direction, a 4 feet delineated center divider, 7 ft paved shoulders, street lighting, curb and gutter along the west side, and 4 ft high chain link fencing along the right of way near the school. An existing roadside drainage ditch will be reconstructed and bike lanes will be delineated in the paved shoulders protected with 2 feet wide chevrons. the center median will be double-yellow striped and delineated by rumble strips. Traffic control will be needed during the project. All work will be conducted within City right-of-way.
