Document Description
The CA Aqueduct - Coastal Phase II require annual routine inspections for maintenance and repairs. Water from the portions of the pipeline that cannot be pulled back into the forebays of associated Pumping Plants need to be discharged to natural drainages to ensure safety of the workers inspecting the pipeline. The project benefits the public and private lands that depend on the CA Aqueduct as a source of water. The work also benefits the workers that are working within and around the Aqueduct infrastructure by providing a safe environment to conduct maintenance and repairs. This work has been planned in consultation with CDFW and FWS.
