Document Description
SCVWD typically receives SWP supplies through the South Bay Aqueduct. SCVWD, also a CVP contractor, receives CVP water at Turnout 59 in San Luis Reservoir and subsequently through he San Felipe Division for delivery to its service area. Due to water quality issues and a desire for operational flexibility within SCVWD's service area, SCVWD is requesting that additional points of delivery for SWP supplies be provided at 1) Turnout 59 in San Luis Reservoir and/o 2)O'Neill Forebay.
