The project continues operations and maintenance within an existing enclosed, 20-acre motocross and quad off-highway vehicle (OHV) park operated by the City of Tulare. Maintenance includes equipment repairs, track discing, grooming, watering, and compacting and reshaping of berms, turns, and jumps. Proposed maintenance also includes repair of the track lighting system, which involves engineering, replacing wiring, replacing/repairing broken ballasts, and stabilizing light footings.
