Document Description
Project is limited to three stream encroachments on Francis Creek to stabilize the stream bank. The proposed activities include trimming or removing existing vegetation as needed for stream bank stabilization work (herbaceous plants and eight red alders 4 inches in diameter at beast height), laying back the bank slope, keying rock rip rap at toe of bank, and planting native riparian vegetation. The project is being conducted with support and funding from U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS).
