Document Description
California Conservation Corps (CCC) crews shall remove vegetation from around the perimeter of the pumping plant and reservoir within the fence line. Loopers will be used to trim low hanging branches. Material will be chipped and spread as mulch in the same area. Approximately 1.3 acres of land will be disturbed. Debris and silt shall be removed from the concrete v-ditch behind the plant and used to re-pack the eroded areas along the hillside within the structure. Cedar chips will also be placed along barren soil. Additional work includes fence line repair and grounds clean-up. Access to site is directly off Mangels Boulevard via the driveway to the plant. There will be no staging outside ofthe plant fence line parameters.
