Document Description
The Project is limited to the excavation and replacement of one (1), 18-inch corrugated steel pipe culvert passing beneath Reynolds Road in the community of Big Pine. The Project includes the diversion of water around the Project area, excavation of the existing culvert, excavation of approximately 10 feet of new streambed, and the re-pavement of Reynolds Road. Access to work areas will occur along the existing roadway, and n o equipment shall operate within CDFW jurisdiction or ourside of INyon County right-of-way. A diversion plan has been submitted to CDFW, to ensure that no Proejct activities occur in flowing water, and equipment staging and maintenance areas will be located on existing paved areas.
