Document Description
Project consists of removing an existing single family residence foundation on the Conservancy parcel 033-736-08. Heavy equipment will be utilized to remove the foundation and re-contour the slope. The slope will match existing slopes on adjacent CTC parcels. The disturbed area will be revegetated and the slope protected with erosion control blanket. The purpose of this project is to restore the Conservancy parcel to its natural state and to remove a potential public hazard.
