The proposed project consists of several actions within the Rp-5 Facility to replace an existing 14-inch pipe section and associated components which create a bottleneck that causes high velocities and losses within the piping system and result in flow reduction in the receiving pipe. The replacement pipe will range between 24" and 30" diameter.
