Project will issue a Right of Entry Permit to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for the purposes of transporting equipment, vehicles and gravel to and from an excavation site in the Mississippi Bar area of Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. The ROE permit will also allow access to, and use of, water from an existing water well on State lands.
