Document Description
Project is limited to the following activities: filling of void areas that have formed behind steel sheet pile seawall with approx. 2 cubic yards of concrete; patching of holes in the steel sheet pile seawall; repair of two deteriorated wood piles supporting a deck with pile jackets. Work is expected to be completed within 5 days and will occur during low tides. Construction equipment that will be used at this site includes; welding equipment, epoxy application equipment, cement mixer, and a boat. Water will be present, however no dewatering is being proposed. No vegetation will be disturbed from the result of project-related activities. CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0271-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code.
