Document Description
Project involves dredging the bottom bay muds from the stream channel fronting three properties on San Rafael Creek along approx. 250 linear feet of channel. Exhibit A includes a vicinity map and a dredge boundary map. This Agreement covers one dredging episode that will remove approx. 1,600 cubic yards of accumulated bay-muds. The design dredging depth is -6 feet mean lower low water, plus an overdepth allowance of 1 foot. In total, approx. 0.4 acres of channel will be dredged with a barge mounted clamshell dredge. Issuance of a Lakebed Alteration Agreement No. 16002-015-0219-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
