Document Description
The site plan was submitted in order to allow for the construction of a 56 unit senior apartment complex. The property was rezoned to R-3 (Residential Medium Density) and the land use changed to Medium Density Residential. The site is currently vacant and is 2.44 acres in size. Access is proposed via South Eastern Avenue; 74 parking spaces are provided. The project is also includes a conditional use permit for a density bonus.
