Document Description
The project consists of leasing office space and making interior renovations so that the office can accommodate eight State Fire Marshall employees. The current State Fire Marshall's office is currently located at 1234 East Shaw Avenue in Fresno. Improvements will include a modification of the kitchen area to meet ADA requirements as well as provide IT equipment space in an adjoining room. The new 3,103 square feet of office space will provide habitable working space for eight Fire Marshalls with eight separate offices, a reception area, conference room and a plan-checking area. Work is anticipated to be completed within 60 days, with an expected move-in date sometime in October 2015.
