Document Description
The proposed project includes the removal and replacement of an existing monument sign located at Jimmy's Famous American Tavern located on the Point Loma Marina leasehold in the City of San Diego. The existing monument sign will be salvaged, cut in half, and converted to a wall sign. The proposed wall sign will reuse the existing cabinet of the monument sign and be mounted on the existing restaurant facing North Harbor Drive. The Jimmy's sign currently located on the stairwell facade will be removed.
