Document Description
The proposed project is a temporary use permit (TUP) to Freetime, Inc., dba Wheel Fun Rentals (Permittee) for their use of approxiamately 200 square feet of land for providing cycle rentals to the public at the Portwood Pier Plaza in the City of Imperial Beach, California. The area proposed for providing cycle use will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of providing cycle rentals, which include Double Surrey, Single Surrey, Deuce Coupe, Quad Sport, Chopper, Tandem and Cruise bike types to the public and for no other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Executive Director of District in each instance. The cycles will be displayed along the retaining wall in front of the Pier Plaza playground and a mobile transaction kiosk will be placed in the area adjacent to the "Surfhenge" art sculpture.
