Document Description
The proposed project is the San Diego 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, which will take place at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront and adjacent park on Saturday, September 5, 2015. The District will provide sponsorship in the form of District funding for the event, a 9/11 memorial stair climb. Teams of firefighters, police officers, military personnel, and civilians will climb 110 floors, the same number as in the Twin Towers, in the name of a fallen emergency responder whose lives were lost on 9/11.
