Document Description
This Project is the expansion of the existing Water Recycling Demonstration Facility (WRDF) system to provide recycled water for irrigation to Pearson Park in downtown Anaheim. This extension was referenced in the WRDF mitigated negative declaration approved by City Council on January 26, 2010. This project consists of 2 phases. Phase I will occur at the southeast corner of Pearson Park and consist of the installation of approximately 2000 linear feet of recycled water pipeline in Oak Street, Lemon Street and Cypress Street ending at Pearson Park, installation of two underground, approximate 30,000 gallon, recycled water storage tanks, two irrigation recycled water piping within the right-of-way and trenching and excavation to a depth of approximately 16-feet and 40-feet long x 70-feet wide within Pearson Park will be needed for the storage tanks. Phase 2 will occur in the future and consists of the installation of an underground recycled water storage tank, irrigation pump replacement, and recycled water piping to the southwest corner of Pearson Park.
