Document Description
Lift Station #10 was constructed and has been in operation since the late-1960's. The lift station consists of a 24-foot deep wet well, a dry access well, concrete pad, transformer, electrical panel, and "YAI" antenna. In order to maintain and improve the operation of Lift Station #10, South Coast Water District ("District") is planning to excavate, remove, and replace the existing wet well entry access cover, concrete pad, and a relocated transformer pad. Rehabilitation of Lift Station #10 will allow the District to bring the existing equipment up to current standards and continue to serve the boating and recreational facilities located on the Dana Drive "island" section of Dana Point Harbor.
