Project involves one encroachment on Mill Creek adjacent to Reeves Canyon Road: repair and stabilize an eroding 20-foot stream bank area by: 1) remove deposited soil and two 10-inch diameter oak trees; b) install 25 tons of one-half ton rock riprap; and c) install a small rock vane, angled log or other structure designed to create a scour pool and deflect flow away from the stream bank. The project site will likely have surface water present during construction.
