Document Description
Project is limited to 1) Removal of failed bank protection materials such as brick, rubble and rock debris piles within three sections of the creek along approx. 140 linear feet. 2) Removal of approx. 130-linear feet of non-native vegetation such as Himalayan blackberry, vinca and arundo. 3) Grading of all three project areas to a 2:1 slope. 4) Installing three willow mattress structures for slope stability. 5) Planting of all disturbed areas with native riparian vegetation. 6) Installation of two sections of 24-inch toe rock totaling approx. 4 feet from the low flow channel. 7) Installing two flow deflecting stream barbs of 36-inch rock extending approx. 10-feet into the channel. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0142-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
