Project is limited to removal of three galvanized culvert pipes, removal of road base above the culvert, installation of three, 3-foot wide by 2-foot tall by 18-foot long parallel box culverts, and replacement of road base material over the culvert pipes. Both sides of the existing culvert will have arroyo willow trimmed to complete project activities.
