Project is limited to riparian vegetation management along approx. 4,000 linear feet of Dry Creek's eastern stream bank in order to reduce desirable habitat for the Blue-green sharpshooter as well as removing host plants for Xylella fastidiosa in riparian areas adjacent to vineyards. Issuance of a Lakebed Alteration Agreement No .1600-2015-0133-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
