The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The CSP Hollister Hills SVRA proposed project included addition of sodium hypochlorite solution and RoQuest 3000 organic polymer coagulant, one aeration tower, two multimedia filters, one green sand filter, and one activated carbon filter for the removal of iron, managanese, and hydrogen sulfide gas and provide disinfection treatment to the raw water from Lower Ranch WEll 01.
