Issue a Special Event Permit for an annual event for the next five years to the John Marsh Historic Trust to host the Heritage Day Event at Marsh Creek State Park to increase awareness of Marsh Creek State Park and John MArsh Historic Trust. This event is open to the public and will take place in an open field adjacent to, but completely outside the historic John Marsh historic home.
