Project seeks to enhance Barthelemy Creek by 1) replacing two concrete sills currently serving as grade control structures with a boulder step-pool structure; 2) removing riprap, loose fill and debris; 3) installing a willow wall; 4) lowering an existing flood terrace to reconnect it with the active channel; and 5) planting native riparian and wetland species to revegetate the banks and flood terrace.
