Document Description
The existing pavement will be removed to the subgrade, recycled and put back in place. A thin blanket of new hot mix asphalt (HMA) will be rolled on top of the recycled pavement and shoulder backing will be placed adjacent to the asphalt. The project will extend the life of the existing facility.
