Document Description
The Spartan Golf Complex (SGC) project would involve the construction of a golf training center with capacity for approximately 100 golfers and the relocation of existing sports facilities. The SGC would be home to SJSU golf team students; provide physical education to support academic programs; offer golf camps and clinics for students; and provide golf services and lessons to alumni, donors, and the public. The SGC would be on an infill site in the SJSU South Campus. The existing baseball field, softball field, soccer field, tennis courts, a storage lot, and outbuildings would be demolished to create space for the new golf facilities. The baseball fields, softball fields, and tennis courts would be relocated on the South Campus.
