Document Description
The proposed realignment to Nassau Creek has been redesigned to leave the entirety of Nassau Creek on the north side of the new roadway. The alternate creek design realigns the Creek into an engineered channel, a portion of which will be converted to a U-shaped concrete lined channel and include embedded rocks. The U-shaped channel will be approximately 135 linear feet, six (6) feet deep, and six (6) feet wide. Approximately 640 cubic yards of rock slope protection (RSP) will be installed at the beginning and end of the U-shaped channel. The impacts to stream channel and riparian habitat will be the same as described in the original Agreement with 0.08 acres of permanent impacts and 0.01 acres of temporary impacts to stream habitat.
