Document Description
Project consists of mass grading to prepare for future construction of 55 residential lots, widening roads, and the construction of water quality swales and five (5) storm drain outfalls. In order to widen Lower Sacramento Road, a dirt fill bank will be constructed, impacting approximately 0.18 acre of perennial marsh wetland with the placement of 900 cubic yards of clean soil. A series of five 15-foot-square rip rap pads (storm drain outlets) will be constructed within the wetland located along the north of the Project site to minimize potential for erosion when storm water enters the watercourse.
