Document Description
The project is approval of a tentative map to subdivide the 18.18 acre (gross) parcel into nine lots. Demolition of two existing on-site residences. Access into the site would be via Natoma Road and an extension of existing Charles Avenue. An open space easement is proposed along the on-site tributary of Matadero Creek, which would provide a buffer between the creek and adjacent riparian habitat and the upland development area.
