The proposed project consists of the following: 1) A Gen. Plan Amend. to change the Land Use/Transportation Diagram land use designation from Mixed Use Neighborhood to Urban Residential and Combined Industrial/Commercial and a GP Text Amendment to the Jackson-Taylor Residential Strategy; 2) A Planned Development (PD) Rezoning to R-M (PD) Zoning District to allow up to 403 apts. and up to 5,000 sf of retail, the uses of the CIC Combined Industrial Commercial Zoning District and ministorage on the Continental Can Company Warehouse, and the uses of the CIC Combined Industrial Commercial Zoning District for the existing Gordon Biersch site; 3) a PD Permit to allow the construction of the apartments w/ retail; 4) and a Tentative Map to reconfigure the boundaries of 4 lots into 3 lots.
