Document Description
The proposed Clearlake Walmart Expansion Facility Project would consist of the expansion and remodeling of the existing Walmart store located in the Clearlake Shopping Center. The existing approx 109,517 sf Walmart store would be enlarged by approx 38,741 sf, increasing the total floor area to 148,258 sf. For the purpose of providing a conservative evaluation of project impacts, the EIR analyzes the additional square footage at 40,000 sf, which is approx 3% greater than the anticipated expansion square footage. The total store square footage considered in the EIR would be 149,517 sf. In addition, a truck drive aisle would be added to the east and north side of the existing building.
