Document Description
Construct detention basins and bioswales in the City of Yreka Creek Greenway floodplain, north of Oberlin Rd, on property owned by the City of Yreka (APN 061-301-460). Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit (#02-18-N-DM-0394) to allow for stormwater improvements to occur within the operational right-of-way (ROW) of Interstate 5. These improvements include the installation of a manhole/diversion structure and new 36" HDPE culvert to divert stormwater out of Caltrans ROW to the above mentioned detention basin and bioswales.
