Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a use permit for a new winemaking, hospitality and farmstead food production facility on a 55-acre parcel located at 5561 Sonoma Mountain Road. The project includes a maximum annual production of 10,000 cases of wine and 10,000 pounds of cheese, and farmstead food products, and includes on-site retail sales and tasting by appointment, with limited special events. The project includes construction of a new wine production building, new hospitality building/residence, and farmworker housing unit. Some existing structures will be demolished or converted to new uses. It includes minor access improvements, sanitary wastewater leach field system improvements, process wastewater treatment system, and storm water management. Existing orchard and vegetable crops will be expanded.
