Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0029-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, PG&E Company, Adam Cleary. Project is limited to pipeline replacement on the Canada Road segment of Gas Transmission Line 109. The pipeline crosses various drainages, including spans where the line emerges from the ground or stream banks and cross above stream channels, as well as underground crossings, where the pipe is buried below the streambed. Some of the drainages that have been assessed in environmental review for this project will be avoided altogether, or receive pipeline installation through horizontal directional drilling.
